Grievance Redressal
If something has gone wrong, here is exactly how to raise it, who will handle it, and what to do if you are not satisfied with the outcome.
Step by step
How to raise a complaint
Please include your name, contact details, the date and nature of the issue, and any reference number you have. It helps us resolve matters faster.
Step 1 — Write to us
Raise your concern with our team using the contact details on this website. Please include your name, contact details and a description of the issue.
Step 2 — Grievance Redressal Officer
If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, escalate it in writing to our Grievance Redressal Officer.
Who to contact
Grievance contacts
Please address a complaint to inamdar.wealth@gmail.com or call +91 98229 90884, marking it for the attention of the Grievance Redressal Officer. It will be acknowledged with a reference you can quote.
External escalation
Escalating beyond the firm
Where a complaint concerns a regulated activity, it can be escalated to the relevant regulator’s complaint mechanism. Which forum applies depends on the product: the securities market and the insurance sector have separate routes.
The escalation steps published above are the ones that apply to the registrations Inamdar Wealth currently holds, as listed on the Regulatory Disclosures page.
Our commitments
How we handle complaints
- Every complaint is acknowledged, with a reference you can quote.
- A complaint is recorded in a register along with its outcome.
- We will tell you what we found, not simply that the matter is closed.
- If we cannot resolve it within the indicated timeline, we will tell you why and when we expect to.
- Raising a complaint will never affect the service you receive.
